In Loving Memory

Jackie Ruth Williams McCoy passed away on September 1, 2010 at the age of 72 in West Palm Beach Flordia. A native of Tunica, Mississippi, she was born December 16, 1937 and is  the daughter my Mrs. Emma and the late Jackson (Red) Williams. She attended Rosa Fort and Rhode Island school of design. She lived in Boston and Middleboro,  Massachusetts for many years before moving to West Palm Beach, Flordia.
As a fashion designer, she owned and operated 5 dress shops in various parts of the United States- Boston, Minneapolis, Cape Cod, West Palm Beach,  and Jupiter, Flordia where she designed and sold clothes of her own creation.

She was ordained as an Evangelist by the Word of Faith Christian Church of Tutwiler, Mississippi. Apostle John Irvin officiated the ordination.

She leaves behind to morn her loss a loving husband Vernon McCoy; 6 children including Karen McCoy, Vernon Jr. (Julia) McCoy, Pamela (Dumas) Maugile,  Rodney McCoy, Marla (Michael) Mulraney, Aimee (Dave) Guender; 6 grandchildren, 5 sisters and two brothers.  Her sisters to Ms. Florene Brown (Ezra) Ms. Julia(Roy) Thigpen, Ms. Marilyn Williams, Dr. Rachell Anderson, Mr. Jackson, Williams, Jr. Ms. Lillie Pearl (Lenell) Shelby, Mr. Larry (Phillis) Williams. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
